Concepts can be a good thing to start with
Some time ago I started thinking about releasing music, no matter what style or genre. Since I’m originally a guitarist, I wanted to return to my roots and focus exclusively on composing the music instead of also writing lyrics and singing. That’s how the project BOOZYCANE was born.
There will be songs with guitar only, some with guitar and drums and/or percussion, and some with full instrumentation. Most of it will be played, recorded and produced by me. Some recordings will be done in collaboration with other musicians, like the first release ‘It Happened Tomorrow’ where Thomas ‘TomBo’ Ott handled the drums.
